Each class has guided videos, so they feel like attending an online one to one with me. The guided floor section has a choice of a recording with or without music. The music is recorded at 432Hz to enhance your experience of relaxation or choose the no music option if you prefer the peace and quiet.

As with all of the App content, it can be watched online or downloaded in the App to watch off line. Plus you can transfer from your phone to a larger screen and it will remember where you left off (a bit like Netflix).
