TRE® - 1:1 INTRODUCTION SESSION FOR NEW STARTERS
This 2 hour session teaches some simple neural exercises to tone your vagus nerve, and an introduction to TRE.
This session includes the underlying theory of TRE, Polyvagal Theory and it's application to TRE, and a in depth explanation of the safe protocol practiced in every session. This gives you a slow, gentle and thorough exploration of TRE with the underlying science to reassure your mind. It includes home practice materials, and a guided audio.
After this session can then decide if you'd like to deepen the work and create safe holding of a course of sessions (a course of 6 additional sessions is recommended).
TRE® 1:1 SESSION
Follow up or course
This 90 minute appointment can be booked for your follow up sessions, after you've attended an Introduction to TRE session.
They build on previous learnings and allow you safe holding to deepen the work and connection to your body.
TRE® - 1:1 FOLLOW UP SESSION NO TALKING
These sessions are 70 mins.
Generally this kind of session is better after the first 4-6 sessions, earlier sessions normally require more discussion, feedback and support with issues arising. This session has time for a brief check in, after which we focus on the practice. There is a brief check in at the end too. Talk to me if you are unsure.
