Come home to yourself through the healing power of the breath.

Join us for a gently held group experience using the Conscious Connected Breath—a powerful practice that supports deep healing, emotional integration, and inner empowerment.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to the practice, each session is an invitation to soften, open, and reconnect—with your body, your truth, and the life that moves through you.
I laid down and made myself comfortable. Deborah guided us on how to breathe. Music was playing in the background and soon enough I found myself on a wave of energy and tingling sensations in my hands and lower arms. When it was time to stop the Breathwork, I didn't want the sensations to go. Afterwards I felt relaxed, calm and energised. Who would of thought breathing can make you feel so good!

This is a trauma-informed space where your autonomy and experience are deeply respected. You’ll be guided to listen to your own body and breath—working in a way that feels right and safe for you.
The Flow of the Session

We begin with setting intention—a powerful part of the journey. You'll be supported in choosing one that feels true for you.

After a gentle introduction, we move into the breath journey. Most people lie down, but sitting is welcome too.

First-timers may wish to try a shorter breath journey (20–30 minutes), while others may breathe for 45–60 minutes.

The practice is followed by deep rest and integration, and optional sharing in a respectful, confidential space.

Music may accompany your journey, and optional safe, consent-based touch is offered for those attending in person wishing for extra support.
A Note on the Process
Breathwork can be powerful. It brings energy into the body, which can awaken creativity and aliveness—and sometimes touch into older emotions or memories. All of this is welcome.
You are always in the driver’s seat. We’ll show you how to move with the breath in a way that feels right for you. This isn’t about pushing—it’s about meeting yourself gently, and learning how to work with your own life force.

Parking is a short walk from the venue, plus there regular buses from Bristol, Bath, Glastonbury, and Shepton Mallet, with a bus stop (Victoria Hall Radstock) 10-15 minutes walk from the venue

A comfy mat to lie on, a blanket, pillow and eye masks and bolsters

Group Size & Support
Up to 4 participants in person and up to 6/8 online. The space is held by lead Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer, Deborah Maddison. This is a deeply trauma-informed space, designed to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.
Last night’s Breathe Deeper session was amazing! I really felt something process and complete through my body. And towards the end felt love towards myself from a bigger energy than me. Also felt the need to send love to someone who mistreated me in the past- something I really wasn't expecting in a million years!! Such a wonderful and powerful experience.
