Thankyou so much for all your help! I am continuing doing my breathing and TRE at home and it is really helping me, I’m starting to feel better in myself ! I use the breathing app to help me get to sleep at night which is improving my sleeping pattern and if I cannot get to sleep I will get up and do some TRE, I did this the other night And then managed to get to sleep! I will keep you updated on how I am getting on with it!

When I started the TRE program, I was stressed and I judged myself whenever I went wrong. Its a mentality that a lot of teenagers have. On my first TRE session I thought it sounded crazy but I was willing to give it a go. Over the following weeks I practiced TRE and begin to do it at home.
After 6 weeks of doing it once or twice a week, I noticed that I was feeling relaxed, peaceful and less tired/stressed. TRE is brilliant and I am really glad I tried it. If you are feeling run down or stressed, I would 100% recommend it.
Back at Uni. I have had a couple of chances to do the TRE and
“At first I felt scared and remembered dreams about something scary in my cupboard. Then I felt very angry for quite a while. Afterwards I felt a lot better and not sick. Then not long after (a week) we did more T.R.E. and I had the angry feeling again and since then (3 months ago) I haven’t been feeling sick. I am glad that I can do TRE now to help myself feel well”
(he had experienced nausea & withdrawal for a year, with no medical explanation)
